How to Color a Mermaid & Ocean Waves

Hello! Welcome to Tutorial Tuesday!

Welcome to Faery Ink's first (and hopefully not last) Tutorial Tuesday! =) Yay!!

This week we are going to color Breezy Mermaid with my favorite alcohol markers ever - Copics... Woohoo!

Update Jan 2020: Breezy is now available with a few upgrades in the Mermaids coloring book you can grab in print from Amazon, or in ebook format to print yourself from my Etsy shop here:

The colors I'm using are listed on the video by code for Copics users. I also share the color palette for those of you using a different brand or coloring tool so you can just eyeball the colors to match with what you've got and follow along <3

Here's the Copics list in case you want to have them on hand before starting the video... B00 . BG01, BG45. BG05. BG49. G12. YG21. YG03. W7. W5. W3. E15. YR16. Y38. R20. E11. E21. E00. E000 (optional)

I also use a Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen which I failed to mention in the video till I began using it. You can skip the white gel pen if you don't have one, but it's nice for some little details at the end.

I hope you enjoy the video, learn something new and have a fantastic week!

Whimsical wishes!
