After my two fancy mermaid projects I thought I'd go all CAS and show off one of the coloring book images. The neat thing about PDF coloring books is that you can use a program to split the pages, then convert them to PNG files and print at any size to use for cards etc.

I've always liked adding makeup to my characters and since I was given some Prismacolor pencils this has been made so much easier. I don't risk any splatters or color leaking and it looks more like actual eyeshadow.

I did do the lips with ProMarkers this time as it's quite a big image and I love the bright orange.  Had to finish off with some sparkles of course!

If you haven't had a chance to check out the coloring books yet, you can find them in the Etsy store. They come in both PDF and 'real' book versions to suit all tastes and there are many fantastic images within each.
