Here is my fang-tastic Tomte Gnome Halloween Vampire. I just love him - he's such a happy vamp going out trick or treating with his little bat shaped candy bucket! I added the moon behind him and to create the glow I coloured with my yellow Copic marker before adding blue over the top, so while it looks a little green, I think you can see the moon glowing in the sky.
