Altered Tin Featuring Steampunk Fae Tomte Gnome

Hello there Crafty Peeps, how has February been treating you so far? I hope you had a wonderfully romantic Valentine's Day.
I am bringing you something different today with an altered tin.  It's so much fun playing with Distress Paint and crackle glaze!

The Distress Paint on its own does give a great effect, but there's just something about putting the crackle glaze over the top that gives it that bit extra.

Usually I colour gnomes with grey beards, but my Steampunk colour scheme was calling for a brown beard this time.

I can't resist clocks and cogs when I'm doing a Steampunk theme!

I really love these metal flowers that I got on a girly weekend a few years ago

I just had to finish off the project with some lace!

This fun fantasy image is now available in the Etsy Store

I'd love to see your fabulous creations over at the Faery Ink Facebook Community
