The Terms of Use is provided as a way to protect both you the visitor and/or member and myself from any legal mitigation or undue stress that may occur from the illegal misuse of the material found on and within this website. These terms are legally binding.
I. There is no object on this website that is of the public domain. There is nothing on this website that is permitted for distribution via internet, email, cdrom, floppy etc... There is no object on this website permitted for use toward a profit in any tangible form ( i.e. printed, burned, etc.. )
II. There is no object on this website that is permitted for use without a credit and link to Faery Ink displayed on the same page as said object. This includes Line Art, Graphic Tutorial results that do not adequately differ from the example used in the lesson ( I should not be able to recognize YOUR results as being done with my tutorial ), Doll Bases, and Site Design Tutorials that include graphic which have not been made to look entirely different from the graphic used in the example image.
III. The graphics that create the design of this layout are not permitted for use in any way.
IV. Graphics at Faery Ink under the category "Websets" may not be used interchangably with other webset graphics. You may however, change the "layout" or position of the graphics via coding when using them on your website. You may not edit or alter the graphics themselves ( for instance, via a graphics program ) with the exception of title graphics, signatures and link logos where your site title and name may be added.
V. No object at Faery Ink is permitted for editing unless explicitly noted otherwise.
VI. The "Line Art" available at Faery Ink are permitted for editing. Line Art must be edited prior to any distribution on your part. In order to distribute, your Line Art creation must be colored in ( with shading beyond monotone). Credit link must be displayed on same page as results.
VII. The "Doll Bases" available at Faery Ink are permitted for editing in order to create a fully assembled, dressed and accessorized Doll. You are permitted to edit the eye color, skin tone, lip color, and minor hand or arm positions to better suit your needs. Distribution of bases not made into dollz is prohibited. Dollz created from the bases are permitted for commercial use. Dollz created from the bases are not permitted for tubing unless a tube license has been purchased. The bases themselves are not permitted to be tubed under any circumstances - only the dollz create therefrom after a tube license has been purchased.
VIII. The completed creations you've made using line art, tutorials or doll bases are permitted for use toward a profit. Please keep in mind that your result from the tutorials should be your original work. Replicates or snagged versions of my tutorial examples are not permitted for use in any way shape or form unless noted otherwise. In order to use FIG line art toward a profit, the line art must be colored in and given depth. In order to use FIG doll bases toward a profit you must create a doll from the base, the doll must be attired in more than a "bikini" or "underwear" and must have hair or headwear. In all circumstances a credit link to http://www.faeryink.com must be present wherever you choose to display these creations whether they be for purchase, linkware or otherwise.
IX. Your completed creations from line art and tutorials found here are permitted for use in tubes. Please see term VII for more information regarding tubing the Doll bases.
X. My tutorials are not to be distributed in any way shape or form. They are offered freely for your personal use only. If you would like to share the tutorial with someone please provide them with the URL to my website http://www.faeryink.com and let them view it from here. Please keep in mind my tutorials are copyrighted - replicating the tutorials is a direct violation of this copyright. If you would like to translate my tutorials into another language, or for use in a particular software program, please contact me at faeryink@NOSPAMgmail.com. Remove NOSPAM obviously. I would be very happy to post your translated tutorial as an alternative to what is provided along with full credit for the translation.
The membership guidelines are provided so that you know what is required to become a member of Faery Ink, and what might cause you to lose your membership privileges at Faery Ink
• 1. Members are not permitted to share the access information given them to enter the members area of this website for malicious or fraudulent purposes. Giving your username / password to anyone else is considered a fraudulent purpose.
• 4. Disrespectful correspondence will result in your application being rejected or your membership being revoked. Your membership fee does not give you any right to be rude or discourteous with me. This includes libeling me, any of my business partners, or any of my businesses. In other words, malicious gossiping and badmouthing will get you revoked -without- refund. There is no place in my life for Drama Queens - take that trash elsewhere please.
Being a member of Faery Ink is a privilege. By becoming a member you are given access to my "digital babies", my creations; Projects I have poured hours ( oftentimes days and weeks ) of thought, creativity, and effort into ( did I forget to mention frustration ^_~ ). Please appreciate this and show me and my work the same respect you would like given to yourself and your creations. I don't think it is a lot to ask.
None of the personal information you share with the proprietor of this website will be rented, sold, or leased to any third party..
