Now BACK TO PSP. Click on "dark glitter" in your layer palette. ( You can view your layer palette by going into VIEW at the top of PSP, selecting TOOLBARS and then making sure LAYER PALETTE is checked. )
Go into SELECTIONS >> SELECT ALL >> FLOAT >> DEFLOAT. Unless you have "Hide Marquee" on you should see marching ants around little pieces of the the border. If you do have HIDE MARQUEE active, turn the marquee back on for a moment to make sure just little bits are selected :)
You are definitely gonna wanna zoom in for the following steps...
Choose the brightest color you used for scribbling on the "bright glitter" layer. ( If you are following along with my colors that was #BC95CB ) With the floodfill tool, settings NORMAL, MATCHMODE: NONE, TOLERANCE 0, OPACITY 100, click inside one of the little marching ants. Everything inside those little marching ants should be that brightest color now :).
Click on "light glitter" layer and repeat the above steps, this time use the dark color you used to scribble on the "dark glitter" layer. For me it was #764F85.. Click on "bright glitter" SELECT ALL >> FLOAT >> DEFLOAT and floodfill with the color you used to scribble on the "light glitter" layer - #9A54B4

SELECTIONS >> SELECT NONE then go into EDIT >> COPY MERGED and back into ANIMATION SHOP.
In Animation shop go into EDIT >> PASTE >>> AFTER CURRENT FRAME. Now if you go into VIEW >> ANIMATION in ANIMATION SHOP. You will see a piece of the animation.. But we aren't done yet..
Back in PSP, select "dark glitter" layer once again. Repeat the same steps as you did before but this time, use the initial scribble color from "light glitter" layer #9A54B4. Repeat on "light glitter" layer, with the color from your "bright glitter" scribble #BC95CB. Repeat on the "bright glitter" layer using the color from your scribble on the "dark glitter" layer #764F85 .

SELECTIONS >> SELECT NONE. EDIT >> COPY MERGED. Into Animation Shop again :) EDIT >> PASTE >> AFTER CURRENT FRAME.
You can adjust the delay time for your animation by pressing CTRL as you click your mouse on each frame, then once all frames are highlighted, go into ANIMATION >> FRAME PROPERTIES and adjust it from there. Make sure your animation loops indefinitely, by going into ANIMATION >> ANIMATION PROPERTIES and clicking on the LOOPING tab at the top. From there just make sure REPEATE ANIMATION INDEFINITELY is selected.
Below are two examples, the first one ( on your left ) all frames are at delay time of 10, the second one ( on your right ) they are all set at 5. :)

Save as a gif and you are done :)
